So in the Autumn, there is a tradition that the cows come down from the higher Alps for the Winter. They, and the farmers, get dressed up and then everyone eats cheese and drinks beer and schnaps (one to note is called Trasch). We saw the cows, ate the cheese and drank the drinks in Blatten.
